Valuation

 

Valuation is the process of determining the current worth of an asset or company. There are many techniques that can be used to determine value but we are mainly using a discounted cash flow (DCF). It is a valuation method that estimate the attractiveness of an investment opportunity. DCF analysis uses future free cash flow projections and discounts them to arrive at a present value estimate. In aditional to that we use comparable method for valuation.

Sustainability

 

In  business sustainability we focus  more on extended timeline for return on investment (ROI) but once initial investments are made, it can actually lead to increased profitability.

For our clients we use a range of communication skills (such as targeted restatements, listening, questioning, clarifying etc.) to help clients shift their perspectives and thereby discover different approaches to achieve their goals
